Skyland Village In Denver's City Park Neighborhood

Skyland Village is a stunningly stylish complement to Denver’s North City Park neighborhood. Just a few blocks from City Park Golf Course, Skyland Village is more than a collection of townhomes…it’s a thoughtfully planned community within a community.

Skyland Village is an urban community development of gorgeous townhomes and villas perfectly built around the beautiful Skyland Village Park. The homes feel contemporary, but they – and the village – embrace a very traditional, and money sensibility. And when it comes to amenities, they’re everything you’re looking for – and more.

Thr rooftop decks offer 180-degree views of the Denver skyline and the entire Front Range of the Rockies, from Pike’s Peak to Long’s Peak. Spectacular views worthy of a gallery photo are yours for entertaining or just relaxing.

You’re just minutes from RiNo, Cherry Creek, LoDo, I-70 and Denver International Airport. Plus, everything you want at City Park; golf, tennis, biking, The Denver Zoo, Museum of Nature & Science, is right outside your door.

Shop Denver Premium Outlets

I have lived in Colorado since 1978 and have always loved getting good deals on clothing and fashion. For me though, it was always an long distance to go to the outlets as my options were Outlets at Castle Rock , Outlets At Silverthorne, or the Outlets at Loveland or if I really want to make a trip, the Tanger Outlets in Phoenix where I can go to one of my favorite stores, the Lululemon Outlet store. Well now our outlet options just got better with the new Denver Premium Outlets opening this Thursday. Click here for the full list of stores that will be in this new outlet.

Warm Your Welcome!

As a Realtor you get to enter through a lot of doors every day! One of my most favorite things about a home is the entry and the door. You never know whats going to be behind that door but if you walk up to it and it’s stunning you know it’s going to be amazing inside.

One of the projects I loved doing when I was remodeling my home was designing a new front door ( Shown in the photo below). The door that was on my current home was not inviting and needed a facelift badly. My husband, Jay Modglin and I found a company in Colorado who built doors by hand and we started designing our new front door. For all the details on this project visit our family blog at Modglin Collective.

I really enjoyed working on this article for Denver Style Magazine and so excited to share it with you. Click the photo below to go to the full issue of DSM.

Enjoy!
